Real estate has been an integral part of Kim’s life even as a child. Her mother was a realtor, and her brothers are appraisers. Additionally, she has bought and sold many properties with her husband as investments and partnered with him in their own construction and design business.

Kim is a believer in lifelong learning. After graduating college with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Kim launched her career in Manhattan’s fashion industry where she worked for many years before transitioning her career into interior design. She feels this experience has helped prepare her to be a better realtor since her clients would often say they wish they had met with her before buying their house to help them floor plan or visualize the use of space with their existing furniture. Kim’s favorite room in her own home is the kitchen being she has a passion for health-based cooking. She even acquired a chef’s diploma from the Natural Gourmet Institute/ICE in NYC and has been a guest on “Martha Bakes,” the PBS show featuring Martha Stewart.

As a Sarasota resident, Kim loves the artsy vibe of downtown, the array of cultural offerings as well as breathtaking beaches. She is originally from Westchester County, New York and lived there until graduating from college. She has also lived in Westfield, New Jersey. Her Northeast background makes her a trusted expert for buyers from that region looking to relocate to our Gulf Coast.

She and her husband, Rob, have three young adult children, Ryan, Julia and Robby. Her favorite activity is sharing a delicious meal with family and friends. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening, photography, traveling and reading. She enjoys an active lifestyle with Pilates, biking, walking, skiing and spending time on our Gulf Coast while paddleboarding, kayaking or boating.
